Right, i'm always running short on disk space on my OS X 10.3 box.
Found this useful tool, Youpi Optimizer. This free tool removes all the extra language packs that clutter up the place in all apps it finds.
Quickly select the default langauge, and it will either choose the others to remove, or you can do it manually.
Saved me almost 1Gig of space. Perfect.
