Got a new XP laptop which had a nice work build on it.
We use profiles to store, well, profile information. So this meant that when I turned on my new box, all my usefull settings copied over too. Perfect!
Unfortunately, it also copied over all manner of data relating to programs installed on my old box, which are now not on my new box.
First thing - run a cleanup (CCleaner then EasyCleaner are nice) to get rid of the old data before installing new apps.
