Acer laptop / notebook not powering on...

Kind of went and didn't like working.  Screen backlight would come on, nothing else.  Eeek.

Had a quick look (via another machine...) and easily found this, after searching for 'power' in the Acer support site.

Which sorted it.  Who knew static electricity could be so sneaky?
